By using deploy-linkcore.digital and engaging Deploy Linkcore Trade Marketing for channel-specific offer advisory services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request services.

We offer consulting engagements such as channel offer blueprints, modern trade offer kits, convenience and impulse offers, and distributor offer enablement. Website descriptions and prices are informational. A written proposal or statement of work defines scope, fees, and deliverables for each engagement.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, lawful access to brand and trade materials needed for the engagement, and timely feedback. You remain responsible for decisions made using our advice, including retailer submissions and field execution.

Intellectual property

Site content belongs to Deploy Linkcore Trade Marketing or its licensors. Deliverables created for a client are licensed for internal business use as stated in the statement of work. Frameworks, offer matrices templates, and methodologies we reuse across clients remain our property.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it aggressively, or submit unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content through forms.

Disclaimer

Advisory work is provided professionally but without guarantee of particular sell-through, listing acceptance, or retailer outcomes. Results depend on retailer decisions, field execution, and client implementation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Deploy Linkcore Trade Marketing is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from site use or advisory work. Liability for a paid engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement unless otherwise required by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bangkok unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
